Cielo Azul is an aging in place community so it is our goal to provide our residents with an affordable, safe and enjoyable community even if the need for more extensive care arises. We offer a wide range of services for our residents requiring extra Assisted Living or Alzheimer’s care.

Our Assisted Living program consists of three levels of care and includes an individualized care plan. Pricing is based on level of care needed. Each resident’s care plan is designed to fit their individual needs and will include services such as:

   • Around the clock Wellness Staff supervision
   • Licensed nurse on duty or on call 24 hours per day
   • Assistance with medications
   • Assistance with special diets
   • Escorting to and from meals and activities
   • Assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing
   • Assistance with incontinence
   • Assistance with bedtime preparation
   • Laundry and linen service
   • Maintenance of health record
   • Nightly checks
   • Diabetic management
   • Minor medical treatments
   • Three delicious balanced meals daily
   • Housekeeping services
   • And much more

Our Alzheimer’s program is specially designed to provide an optimal environment for our residents suffering from memory impairment. Our staff receives specialized training in caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other related dementias. In addition to our Assisted Living services, we offer several specialized services to our memory impaired residents:

   • Structured activities designed to provide residents with physical,
      social and cognitive stimulation
   • Comfortable, secured common areas
   • Secured outdoor garden area including a walking path and
      comfortable sitting areas
